John has spent all his working life in property; built on an initial grounding of 11 years with a firm of general practice Chartered Surveyors. He gained extensive experience in both residential and commercial property management, including sales, lettings, auctioneering and building society surveys.

His property management expertise includes working exclusively on new developments in both the commercial and residential sectors, advising developers on office blocks, shopping centres, retail parks as well as residential buildings.

He has acted for a wide range of clients including major companies such as Agip, J.Walter Thompson, Prudential and Sea Containers. His experience also includes commercial management reporting, service charge dispute resolution as well as consultancy on major commercial developments.

For the past 10 years, John has concentrated on residential management and worked closely with a number of notable clients and Resident Management Companies in Central London.

John is on the Education Committee of ARMA (The Association of Residential Managing Agents).
