Pembertons Property Management team scoops Managing Agent of the Year accolade
Pembertons Property Management have won the Managing Agent of the Year for RTM/RMC award at News on the Block’s annual Property Management Awards.
Pembertons which formed 40 years ago has been recognised for its’ in depth knowledge of the industry and delivering a quality service. A long standing member of ARMA, the Association of Residential Managing Agents, and based in Swiss Cottage in London, the company aims to reach high standards at all times.
In particular, judges noted the dedication and commitment to the management of Grade II listed Imperial Hall residential building located in a conservation area in Islington, by setting up monthly meetings with an appointed Property Manager. The development also provides residents an out of hours helpline and a residents website which provides access to development specific information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Christopher Burbridge, the Pembertons Property Manager responsible for Imperial Hall, who has been in the property management industry for over 20 years says: “We are honoured and pleased to have won the Managing Agent of the Year for RTM/RMC award. It truly is great to be recognised for the day to day management of a development.”
The Managing Agent of the Year for RTM/RMC award recognises examples of contributions to success, efficient handling of enquiries and in depth knowledge and expertise of the industry.

The winner of the 2011 Managing Agent of the Year for RTM/RMC was announced at the Block Insure Property Management Awards 2011 organised by News on the Block at a prestigious ceremony in London on 5 December 2011. 14 other awards were presented at the black tie ceremony, which recognises the excellence and professionalism of all specialists working in the residential property sector, at an individual and company level.
