Dedicated David highly commended for property award
David Lewis, Day Porter for Pembertons Property Management at Courtfield Gardens, London, has been highly commended in the Porter of the Year category in News on the Block’s annual Property Management Awards.
Working at Courtfield Gardens for seven years, David is well known by all residents and has been recognised for his dedication and approachability. The past year has seen David go above and beyond his call of duty where he ensured minimum obstruction to residents during maintenance work.
“David is an absolute asset and we appreciate all his hard works and efforts,” says Simone Carlon (Head of Operations). “Nothing is too much for him and David is always willing to assist in any way he can to help residents at Courtfield Gardens.”
David adds, “I’m really honoured to have been highly commended for the award as I thoroughly enjoy working at Courtfield Gardens - It’s also nice to know how much you are appreciated for your hard work”.
The Porter of the Year Award recognises the outstanding service and commitment of those hardworking porters who prop up the 3 million flats up and down the country. Judges considered approachability, care and skill and response to Leaseholder needs. The winner of the 2011 Porter of the Year Award was announced at the Block Insure Property Management Awards 2011 organised by News on the Block at a prestigious ceremony in London on 5 December 2011. 14 other awards were presented at the black tie ceremony, which recognise the excellence and professionalism of all specialists working in the apartment property sector, at an individual and company level.
Based in Swiss Cottage, Pembertons Property Management were also the successful winners of the Managing Agent of an RMC / RTM Award for their work at Imperial Hall, a Grade II listed building in Islington.
