John Baldwin AIRPM
Director
After a career in Sales and Marketing with a major blue chip company, John first became involved in property management in 1994. He joined Pembertons ten years later, becoming a Director in 2006. He is a recent Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) having attained an envious pass rate.
A common thread throughout John’s career has been his ability in dealing with people from all walks of life, and this remains one of the most stimulating parts of his job. He has also worked closely with the developers and client advisors on the management concepts for the prestigious Highbury Square development, based in the Art Deco surroundings of Arsenal FC’s former Highbury stadium, seeing it through to completion.
His aim is that Pembertons build upon their good reputation for providing the service that Resident Management Companies demand.
Irwin Alvisse MRICS
Regional Property Manager
Coming from a varied property background with 25 years of experience, Irwin is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, having previously qualified from Bristol Polytechnic with a Diploma in Valuation & Estate Management and a further Diploma in Surveying from Reading University.
Irwin enjoys the variety and interest that managing residential buildings offers as one day is seldom similar to the next. Property management is very much a ‘people’ business and Irwin appreciates the opportunity to interact with many people of differing backgrounds, be they clients, flat owners or external contractors.
Sanjay Thakrar
Regional Property Manager
Sanjay has been working as a Regional Property Manager since 2009. Prior to joining Pembertons in 2010, he worked for over two years with County Estate Management, where he managed a team of ten Property Managers covering the London and Birmingham areas. He found the challenge of achieving the business objectives and seeing members of his team enhance their skills and progress in their roles to be the most enjoyable aspects of his role.
With a background managing Resident Management Companies, Sanjay has the ability to deliver the services required by residents, members and directors with success.
Chris Burbridge BA (Hons) MIRPM
Senior Property Manager
Following his graduation from the University of Sussex, Chris commenced his career in property management, which has since spanned a total of 25 years. He originally started out working for a property management company in Chelsea in their lettings department, before moving to Dickson Smyth where he gained a very broad education and training in all aspects of property management.
Prior to joining Pembertons in 2010, Chris worked for County Estate Management for 18 years. He is Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) and currently manages a portfolio of properties in the Central London and Greater London areas, on behalf of a diverse client base including Resident Management Companies, Right to Manage Companies, Freeholders and Head Lessors.
The attraction of this profession for Chris is the challenges it presents and he finds it a very satisfying and rewarding area to work in. He believes communication and delivering excellent customer care services are the key in not only retaining existing customers and clients, but essential in winning new business.
David Stubbs
Senior Property Manager
David joined Pembertons in 2006 with over 25 years residential property management experience behind him.
In his previous role for London based Freshwater Property Management he managed a range of residential properties, including prestigious blocks of flats in Bloomsbury and Victoria, managing onsite concierge and porterage staff as well as a team of other property managers.
David has extensive experience of all aspects of block management from section 20 notices, advising on Health and Safety legislation to attending Resident Management Company AGM’s.
Paul Farrell AIRPM
Senior Property Manager
After completing a Business & Marketing degree in 1998 Paul worked for 7 years at the Church Commissioners, including roles as a Property Manager in both their Retirement Housing Division and then the Property Investment Department responsible for a number of estates in central London.
After two years as a Property Manager for a North London firm of surveyors, Paul joined Pembertons in 2007 as a Senior Property Manager, obtaining his qualification as an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) the following year.
As a home owner himself Paul knows that a customer’s property is often their biggest investment and why keeping properties in excellent condition and well maintained is so vitally important. He takes great pride in helping to achieve this.
Robert Bronson
Senior Property Manager
Robert first moved into property in 1978. His career has included being mainly involved with commercial property management. For the past 8 years Robert has concentrated on residential property management working closely with Residential Management Companies in Docklands, Colindale, Kentish Town and Finchley before joining Pembertons in 2008. He has found this last facet of his career particular rewarding, in that it is as much about people as it is property, giving the opportunity to provide a caring service to leaseholders, residents and clients alike.
Archi Minhas
Property Manager
A Law graduate, Archi has always had a focus on client and resident customer service in her working life; joining Pembertons in 2007.
Her varied working experience has included customer service roles working on behalf of Lloyds TSB and Halifax Building Society where gaining the trust and confidence of customers was key to her success.
Archi loves the Property Manager role as dealing with a wide range of RMC clients and customers brings its own rewards.
Belinda Greenberg MIRPM
Property Manager
Belinda joined a property management company in 2002 as a secretary and trained to become a Property Manager, obtaining her IRPM qualification as an Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management.
She enjoys being a Property Manager as she loves working with people and never having the same day twice.
Delena Minott
Property Manager
Delena is an experienced Property Manager having managed a wide range of properties throughout London over the past 8 years.
With a role that offers such a variety of tasks she enjoys the challenges that go hand-in-hand on a day-to-day basis.
Faith Drummey AIRPM
Property Manager
AIPRM qualified, Faith has been working in property management for the past two and a half years. Prior to joining Pembertons in 2008, she worked in lettings and sales at Farleys for over six years, and also has a strong corporate PA background having previously worked with Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs and AXA.
Faith manages a portfolio predominately around South Kensington, Buckingham Gate and Lancaster Gate. What she loves the most about being a Property Manager is the variation of each day, the interaction with her clients and the rewarding nature of her role.
Laura Fitzgerald AIRPM
Property Manager
A graduate of Limerick Institute of Technology where she gained a BSc in Property Valuation and Management, Laura joined Pembertons in 2008 as a Business Coordinator.
Promoted to Property Manager in January 2009, Laura is enjoying managing properties in South Kensington and West Hampstead as well as continuing her Institute of Property Management studies to obtain MIRPM qualification status.
Lloyd Maunder
Property Manager
Lloyd is from South Africa and came to London in 2001 with a background in Sales & Marketing and time spent in the South African Police Force. Introduced to Property Management in 2004 as an Assistant Property Manager with Pembertons he learnt the ropes of Leasehold/Freehold Management and was soon promoted to a full Property Manager position through his attention to detail and focus on providing good customer service.
Lloyd enjoys the general day-to-day problem solving, dealing with technical issues and meeting with both Lessees and RMC Directors giving support, advice and encouragement as and when needed.
Mike Finch AIRPM
Property Manager
Prior to moving into property management, Mike spent twenty-six years working across the motor trade, newspaper and chemical industries, as well as for a stock brokerage firm.
Mike joined Pembertons in 2010, moving over from County Estate Management where he had worked since 2005. He originally headed up County’s Credit Control Team before becoming a Property Manager in 2007. He is part one qualified in his Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) studies.
Mike’s portfolio covers the areas of North, West and Central London. He enjoys solving problems and assuring his clients that their most important investment is in safe hands.
